Dr Jacek Latkowski has taught since 1984 at the university, college and secondary school levels. After a couple years of teaching at the secondary school level in Canada, Dr Latkowski took on the post at an international school in Munich. Since then, he has continued his international teaching and leadership career and his involvement with the IB programme, teaching IB Physics, Mathematics and TOK. Since 2000, Dr Latkowski has also taught at Oxford, Cambridge and MIT, and he continues to conduct academic research when the time permits. He has a range of examining and curriculum reviewing experience. He is particularly interested in educational initiatives related to the use of technology and mathematics. Since 2010, he has been a Vice Principal and Head of IB DP at the British School, Warsaw. He is passionate about films, enjoys tennis and coaches football (soccer). Like every Polish person from Zakopane, he did ski-jumping as a young boy.
Nick Lee is a long-term IB practitioner, having at various times been Head of Science, Director of Studies and DP Coordinator at on of UK's most experienced IB schools, as assessor for TOK, a workshop leader for DP coordination and administrators, an examiner, team leader, principal examiner and workshop leader for Chemistry, and various other IBEN roles. Recent experience includes working half time at IBSCA/IBAEM University Liaison Officer, and a post as the joint DP Coordinator at Westminster Academy in London. He is currently working as an independent consultant.
