    John Phillips

    Rania Jibai has an extensive teaching and coordination experience with a BA and an MA in Economics from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and a teaching diploma in Social Sciences from the Lebanese American University. She holds a successful 16-year track record of teaching Economics for high school students enrolled in the Lebanese, American and International Baccalaureate programs at one of the prominent schools in Lebanon where she heads the Economics and Sociology Department. She is an experienced CAS Coordinator and started recently teaching TOK.  Rania has been an instructor for introductory Micro, Macro and Statistics courses at AUB for the last eleven years and has a talent for introducing technology in teaching pupils. She is highly experienced in assessment, examination and evaluation methods both at the national and international levels and in writing, reviewing and enhancing curricula. She facilitated a significant number of IBDP Economics workshops for new and experienced teachers and she participated in several IBDP verification visits in more than 10 countries across Europe and Asia.
